About us.

Hi! We're Ferney and Ismael, and we're obsessed with the craft of mixing. Like any obsession, there's always a reason it begins.

Back in 2018, while producing our own music, we realised two things: how crucial a great mix is to a song, and how frustrating the process could be.
We went online, found an engineer, submitted our stems… and waited. When the mix finally arrived, something felt off.
Not bad, just disconnected from our vision.

It became clear that no one can truly serve a song without having a real conversation first.
That frustration became our purpose.

Over the last eight years, we've dedicated ourselves to mastering our craft, earning a bachelor's degree in audio engineering, gaining hands-on experience in radio and professional studios, winning mixing competitions, and helping artists achieve over half a million streams.

Along the way, we also developed a deep love for analog equipment: it brings a warmth and character that's genuinely hard to replicate.
To us, it feels closer to making art than processing audio.

We built CabreraSound to be the space we once needed as artists ourselves: somewhere that takes your music seriously, keeps communication open, and treats every song with the care it deserves.

  • Every project begins with listening. We’d love to meet you on a video call to understand your song, your influences, and the feeling you want it to carry.

  • You’re never left guessing. We stay in close contact throughout the process, with dedicated spaces for updates, feedback, and revisions so the collaboration feels easy and transparent.

  • Our mixes live at the intersection of analog soul and digital accuracy. We use carefully chosen hardware alongside modern tools to achieve depth, cohesion, and a timeless sound inspired by the records we love.
